The facility is conveniently located at Sullivan Square in Berwick, right on the ME/NH state line between the Berwick Town Hall and the Berwick/Somersworth bridge. It shares the building with Corner Point Brewing Company.
Sullivan Square Fitness offers a variety of commercial equipment to complement most fitness programs.
Treadmills, ellipticals, arc trainers, a step mill, and a rowing machine combine with bikes (upright, recumbent, and a Rogue Echo air bike) for cardio/interval fitness training.
Free weights (Olympic benches, barbells and dumbbells up to 100 lbs), a squat rack, a Smith machine, and kettlebells are provided for strength training. Two abdominal-specific machines and warmup/cool down equipment (mats, balls, steps, etc.) are also available.
